Kaiel Eytle
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kaiel Eytle is a screenwriter, cinematographer, director, and educator. Born in Linden, Guyana, he has been a part of Jamaica's cultural landscape since 1992. Kaiel's artistic odyssey began with a decade-long engagement in technical theatre and live production, which seamlessly transitioned into a passion for cinematography after graduating from the Full Sail University Film Programme in 2013. His directorial and writing prowess is showcased in works like "Nice Lady" (2022) and "Safe Harbour" (2018), films that reflect his keen eye for storytelling and visual narration.
A founding board member of the Jamaica Film and Television Association (JAFTA), he continues to work in shaping the future of film in the region through advocacy and education. Through his mentorship with the UWI Community Film Programme, he has empowered over 250 young individuals from underserved communities, equipping them with the skills to forge their own paths in filmmaking. At Watooka Films, his production company, Kaiel balances his time between nurturing talent and spearheading projects. His current endeavors focus on developing sustainable financial models for the creative sectors and advocating for policies that foster industry growth.
Tamaisha Eytle-Harvey

For over a decade, Tamaisha Eytle has been the catalyst for development within the Caribbean, Canada and India. This mover and shaker is the epitome of Caribbean Citizen, having been born in Guyana, raised in Jamaica and she currently resides in Barbados with her husband, tiny human and dog. A graduate of the Mahindra United World College of India, York University and UWI Cavehill, this multipotentialite has been successful in managing global and regional programmes and funds. Most recently, as the Director of FutureBARBADOS, the Caribbean’s first premiere innovation think tank and incubator hybrid, Tamaisha designed its framework and led implementation, by leveraging the synergy of partners, people and passion/values for true national sustainable transformation.
Tamaisha's expanse of experience includes serving in an executive capacity at the United Nations Development Programme and the Inter American Institute for Cooperation in Agriculture as well as the Executive Director of the Barbados Environmental Conservation Trust, Barbados' largest non-governmental environmental fundraiser. She has successfully amassed a wealth of expertise in corporate engagement and multi-sectoral partnerships.
With a diversity of skills in communications, logistics, resource mobilization and project management, Tamaisha has championed innovation in a myriad of areas spanning immigration policy, to civic tech and corporate governance with several notable global organizations
A. Greg Williams
Founder
Greg Williams has been a part of the entertainment industry since 1983. He started in the projection, display, live television industry then gravitated toward film in 1991.
Through his experience in management and technical consulting, Greg has represented some of the biggest camera and equipment suppliers in Canada, including William F. White and Panavision. He has also served as a Managing Partner in Tellavision and Camera Department/Dazmo supplying camera, video assist & video playback equipment to the Film and Television industry.
His reach is endless, as he has contributed to countless international productions and some of the biggest shows in Canada, including – Bride of Chucky, Snow Day, Mean girls, How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days, Fifty Cent, New York Minute, Against The Ropes, Shall We Dance, Saw V, VI, Pacific Rim, Fargo Season 3, Ghost Busters 2020, Jann Season 2 & 3, Reacher in 2021, Pretty Hard Cases Season 2. Greg has also executively produced two short films and two independent feature films.

Ashly Cork

Ashly Cork is a creative storyteller with expertise in cultural and diaspora studies, specializing in art-centered writing and communications. She is dedicated to fostering engagement with diverse cultures, styles, and traditions, particularly in the realm of Black Atlantic studies, with a focus on the Caribbean and its diaspora.
With approximately six years of experience, Ashly has collaborated closely with Jamaican and international stakeholders to manage and deliver cultural and creative projects. Her work encompasses cultural policy, capacity building, and outreach initiatives, as well as data collection, research, and reporting.
As a trained qualitative researcher and skilled communicator, Ashly is passionate about synthesizing the broader perspective for the development and sustainability of cultural and arts sectors. Additionally, she lends her expertise to other industries, helping them effectively communicate their messages to target audiences.
Ashly's unique blend of academic knowledge, practical experience, and communication skills positions her as a valuable asset in bridging cultural divides and promoting understanding across diverse communities. Her commitment to cultural preservation and promotion, particularly within the context of the Caribbean and its diaspora, drives her work and research.
Sheroma Hodge, MFA

Sheroma Hodge, MFA is a distinguished Creative Leader and Brand Development Specialist with over two decades of expertise in photography, journalism, communications, and digital design. Her impressive portfolio spans diverse sectors including telecommunications, finance, tourism, sports, and entertainment across the Caribbean, USA, and the broader diaspora.
An award-winning professional, Sheroma has partnered with numerous companies, executives, and creatives to elevate their brands through innovative strategies. Her work has gained recognition in various media outlets and she has collaborated with Grammy-winning artists like Wyclef Jean and Morgan Heritage. Sheroma’s work has been published in numerous publications, online and on television, including on Season 7 of NBC's "The Voice".
As a former Miss British Virgin Islands Universe and contestant in 2011’s Miss Universe Pageant, Sheroma leveraged her platform to advocate for youth education. Her academic achievements include graduating as Salutatorian with a 4.0 GPA in her Master of Fine Arts in Media Design program in 2022. Sheroma's talent and potential were further acknowledged when she was featured in Graphic Design USA's 2023 "Students to Watch."
